1.The adopted principle of this new-type pure water cooling installation is the heat exchange between pure water and ambient air.

2.Present water cooling tower is suitable for various kind of power electronics and heat generating equipment which need water cooling, including NF, MF and IGBT power supply ,welding machine and laser equipment. It is also suitable for the cyclical cooling of heat treatment quenching liquid.

3.Present cooling installation does not need water pool and cooling tower. The cooling installation uses pure water to circulate the closed water path through the heat exchanger. The water quality is good, making the electrical cooling system and inductor not have incrustation and not be clogged. Thus it will decrease the trouble happening of the induction heating equipments (or other equipment).

This pure water cooling machine is divided two types: dry type air cooling machine and pure water cooling machine.

The advantages of this cooling installation are as follows:

The efficiency of heat exchange is high. The heat will be exhausted into air only by one time.(The internal & external circulating system need two times to exhaust the heat into air .)

Take less space.Have short pipe path and installation is convenient.Cheap in price.Consume less pure water, not needing pure water generator.(only adding enough pure water for one time, such as distilled water). Here after, replenish the pure water when the water level becomes lower.

  5. Transpotation

We suggest that the lifting way to be the best proper way during transportation. Be sure to pay attention to avoid the paint on the tower body to be scraped by lifting rope or others during lifting operation. So, certain protective measurements should be taken before lifting. Also, attention should be paid to avoid the tower body to be impacted during lifting period.

Be careful to pay attention to guarantee the operator’s safety during lifting operation.
